80"x83" This is an original design by Gail Mikuchonis drafted in a class from Janet Fogg. Quilt was pieced by Diana Friesz, Cindy McKenzie and Gail Mikuchonis and quilted by Betty Craig. Around 100 Fabrics were used from Cindy McKenzie’s stash. * Tickets are to be sold for $1 each. * Drawing to be held September 7th, 2011 - need not be present to win * All monies & ticket stubs need to be turned in by Aug meeting. * PVQ is a non-profit 501C organization open to any and all who are interested in quilting. Our purpose is to further the quilting arts and provide education of quilting in our community. PVQ serves our community by providing quilts to local Police and Fire Departments for children in crisis, Helping Hand House, and various other charitable groups. We bring quilt historians, artists, authors and teachers to our Guild to advance our knowledge of quilting. We sponsor workshops open to our members as well as the community with many nationally known names in the quilting world. Thank you for your support!!! |
